My partner is hard working and he is really easy to get along with. I would probably give him an A because he did not mess around, he actually done his work. If I was grading myself I would give myself a B. The reason I would give myself a B is because, I stay on twiter, but I get did get all my scenes done. In the game Billy done his football scenes and I done my cheer scenes, so it was a fair deal because we both had our own scenes to do. There isn't much that we have to do to our game befor it is competley finshed. The only thing that we have left to fix the typeo's and just little things like that.

We are working hard on our game. My partner and I are have a lot done, but it isnt competely done. When we are doing the interview thing we try to put all of everyone's opion in. It helps us a lot when all of our class mates suggest for us. I like playing other peoples games and telling them what they need to improve and it helps the also. This is a good thing for a us to do because we need to make sure that our games are ready. Getting ready for the presations is really nerve wracking, but we cant waste no time. It will be here befor you know it. This year is almost over, and I thnk that we will have everything ready. It takes a lot of time nad hard work to get these game ready bur like i said befor when we interview eachothers games it really helps, then you can see what in all youhave to improve on. I have to say i'm going to be sad when this is over because I have had a lot of fun, and my partner and I have a good game, cant wait to see the finshed thing.

There have deffentliy been some problems in getting our game to work. In process in making this game we have been through a lot but me and my partner have worked together and made some progress.
Our game has to do with football and cheerleading. I am in charge of the cheer scenes. In my cheer scenes the number are supposed to be flying and a hit test is supposed to work. My numbers are flying but the hit test is not working so much.
My partner is in charge of the football scenes and he has the same problem. His hit test is not working either. Even though we both had this class last year doesn't mean that we still dont have troubles out of our action script.
We don't have that much more time befor our games are due and it's time to present. I have confindance in us that we will have our game done and it will be good. We are working together and helping eachother to get our game to work right.
In all we are doing good and trying our hardest. Can't wait till we getit done and everyone can play it.

The first one was that to make a story on why the football player and cheerleader is there and why they have to do all that stuff. We have been in this class for a while now, but I have to say my biggest challenge has been trying to creat game scenes. Our game is on decimals and percents and they are not the easiest thing ever. I have to have two secens that deals with a cheerleader and precents and decimals, it's hard but I have manged. My partner and I are really working well together and I am really excited for our game to get finshed. Entering this year was not that hard because we knew what to look forward. When we got into the class we knew what we had to do and the teachers were very suprised of how well we worked. The new students we have gained have really caught on very fast, but they still need a little improvement, but hey we all do! I really wish we would contiue this program in high school, but they do not have it set up for high schoolers here yet. It was been a lot of fun for the past two years, and I hope all you guys like our game!

We are working pretty fast in out game. I think we are ready for the game presitions on Thursday. Therefore we do still have some things to improve. I can honestly say that my partner and I are working great together, and i'm so excited for everyone to see our game!!! When playing raders equations you will have a score boar. This will be what wil be making the sound in our game. This will help the player to know if there conversion is wrong or right. The score board will sound just like a regular score board at a football game. The score board will help the player to know if they are wong or right. I really like this class, It's fun and it gets you out of class sometime. They have deffentily been some strugles while I have been in this calss, one of them is the codeing and trying to get something to move with out it messing it up. I have been in this class for two years and my secuess has been buttons. I can make buttons in my sleep, and also the tex and stuff like that. What I look forward to this year is for my game be bteer then last years, I had a good game but I know how to do more things in falsh now and I have had more experience. I fount a blog from google and it is called Adding Line Breaks to Flash Checkboxes & Radio Buttons. Reading this blog really help me but I took this class last year so I already know how to do it. Adding a scene did help thell the story and it may help my partner and I later on in the game. We tried to make the game fun but also educaltional, I think we have accomplished that expecially if you are a cheerleader or a football player because thats what the has to deal with. Our subject is math, so it was easy to match football and cheerleading to the subject. My game does not relate in anyway to any of the games on playing to learn. My parnter and I tried to do a game where nobody eles would think about doing, but our theme is football and a lot of other students in our class is doing a football game. The other games we have played gave us some ideas and then we come up with the rest on our own.

Drawing a scene is not that hard for me. My partner and I are doing our game on fractions and percents. For me fractions are hard so I went to my math teacher and asked her if she would help me so I can understand my game topic a little more. Drawing a scene really helped my partner and I get what we are doing in our game, so did the paperprotype. All the units we do help in every way on your game. Flash is not that hard for me baceuse I worked in flash last year so it's really not that hard.

well it is finally the end, i have had a fun experince in this class. i have learnt a lot of things with flash and computers. we had our game perstation last week and i think mine and brooks went well, we worked really hard on our game we even stayed after school to get the 2nd level done. our whole class worked really hard to have the games done in time. we have so many snow days that it was kinda hard to get stuff done, but we manged. i totally look forward to next year and to see what i can come up with in math. thank you Mrs. Barker for everything i had a great time in this class =)

I think that the hardest thing the teach other students in our game is to get them understand that the cases in our game actually happens in everyday life. Students go through all the stuff thats on our game in real life and i hope it gets the kids attion and hopefully it makes them realize what students go through. If you was a student that got sent home over a shirt that one student didnt like because she didnt like the band that was on it, would you have took you have took your school to court? That actually happen in real life, and it was very wrong. But that is probaly the hardest thing for me to get the kids that play our game to understand, and while they are playing our game i hope that it might change a kids life, for examples, by not making fun of or bulling a student at school or even on the streets, dont do it because some kids bully others and they kill theirselfs because of the bulling and that is ashame that a young childs life ahs to be taken just because of bullies, so maybe a kid like that will play our game and relize that it really could hurt someone.See more go to our team page,The Blond Chicks

From my experince in globaloria has had its times but over all i it had been fun, and i plan to do it next year. the news and sourses are helpful. my parnter and i reasherd all of our cases that are in our game, so all of our cases are true. you can't belive everything you hear, because sometimes they are not true, for example, the stories in a magizne they are not always true and you cant belive everything they have about singer, modles, and acters because they are not always true. the news some news channles you can trust but there are some that you cant, my mom and dad watch CNN becasue they have a website and you can go on it and tell them about your story, for example last monday we had a mines that fell in and many were killed, and they was a church that came in and said that our miners drserved to die! What im tryign to say is that you casn not always belive what you hear or ir read, because you never know whats true.

game demos and paperprotypes are almost the same. A paperprotype you are just drawing what you want your game to look like and what you want in your game, its almost like you are creating your game on paper. A game demo is where you have done some of you game work its mostly like you title scene, about scene, and maybe some of your scene 1 of you game , but its nothing big. I played a game called supreme basketball and i love it. When you are at the basket ball court you have to shoot a basketball, there are 3 hoops and witch ever one you make there is a case and you have to solve the case and anwser questions. i really liked the game and i hope that the people that are creating the game keep up the good work. My partner and I have got through most of our game we have not much more but we still have some to do. Our game demoe went great and i was really proud of me and brooke :)

I chose to pick A-Team 2 and there game title is hitler vs satin who will win I chose this because I think that this is a game that has had hard work put into it and they seem to know what they are doing. I thought it looked interesting to play. This game talks about socialism, racism, expanion, obediance and to me it seems so interresting, they done a great job.This seems as if this is a very sufisticated way of putting this game into the functions place. This game is about adolph hitler and satin. This game also asks about the religions and if they have the same or different beliefs. This game is very interesting because it not only teaches you but it is a fun game to play and I really like the end where you can click the button and it will take you to another mini game. I do believe though that this game was a bit to much seemingly like a test and I think that there should be some bit of adjustment in this game. This game really inspired me and I am even thinking about putting the wrong seen somewhat simular to theres in my game i really liked it, this game is a great game.

My partner and i brooke riffe we have worked on a templet that Mrs.Barker gave us and we explained what our game is about, what our story line is on all of our cases, who is begging what, and the story. We have also worked on some of our game scenes we have the title, about game, and the help scene we are starting to work on the cases and getting them to ready to work and explaing what the cases are about and how they are playing they are going to play the game. The other things we have done is our power point and the paper prototype. My name is Chelsey and my parnters name is Brooke. Brooke and i named our team the blond chicks. Haha its really funny because we are the team with something so random. We are making a game about student rights and the way we have a right just as well as teachers do. One of our ideas are to put a person on our question scene to read and explain what the question is talking about. We are going to add spical effects to the part where you anwser the questions a thing will pop up and say your correct if you got it correct and if you get it wrong the it will pop up and a the judge will tell you why you got it wrong so the spical effects will come in somewhere around there. We are also adding a score bord that will come in when you anwser the question if you get in correct the you will get 20 points but if you get it wrong youwill get 10 taken away. Another one of our ideas is to do more reach and maske our base our cases on really stuff that actually happens in real life, we already have 3 cases and they are students that have actually took their schools to court because of a satition in school that has not been taking care of or a satition that was to enapropat. As every one knows Jordan Wayne McClanahan died 1-20-10. He clasped in the middle of a basketball game against mt.view on the court at Sandy River gym with 2 minutes left on the clook. we all miss him and we've all cried jordan meant to alot of people. he was alwas there for you when you just needed someone to talk to and its hurts the people that loved him to see him go. loseing jordan was like loseing a brother and a best friend. i wish he didnt have to go so young and so soon he left everyone with good memories of him even though he is not he with us in person he is still with us in heart and jordan will never be forgot he will always be in our hearts. his brother joseph lost a twin and loseing a twin is like loseing the other part of you and we all need to be there for joseph and support him all the way. this has been hard for all of us but it was the hardest on joseph becuase he had to watch not only his brother but his best friend die and that is probely the hardest thing a brother could ever watch or see. just dont forget jordan you will always be in our hearts and always with us......i love you jordan wayne mcclanahan <33

I have reched two cases for my game and one of them is where this 16 year old girl had to stirp in front of her princible and teachers becuase they thought she had drugs on her and she didnt. Her mom got so mad and took the school to court. The princible got fried from his job and the teachers got in trouble. The other one was about when this boy got picked on and bullied in and outside of school. He told the princible and teachers but they would not do nothing and he had to get home schooled and even when he was home schooled they still picked on him. We have two other cases but my partner done them and i really dont know how to explain them. I have not added sound yet but im working on it , In my game i am going to put sound on each scene and have sound going to each leavel and stuff like that. I that students should be able to wear flipflops to school. Myself i dont see no problem why we cant, and i just dont under stand why. They dont hurt no one it is just another foot wear and some people wear them to express their self and we are not allowed to wear them to school. In flash i have learned that it is not always easy and it can be very hard, but i have also learned that it is a cool program to do. In flash i have not used all the tools but the ones i have used has helped me a lot with my game. The texture box helped me because i can put my game title and my buttons, I have also used font colors, background colors, and lines. This week we have been working in adding navigation unit and it has been hard for me but i have me manged to get through it. The hardest part was trying to get the play button to work, but the easiest part was making the button. I have learned that even students have a right about somethings and they just don't have to sit back and listen to them get in trouble if they really didn't do nothing. I have research cases on students taking their school to court because have not done something about about the students problems. One of the cases i have looked up i where they did not do anything about some students that were bulling another student and the teachers or the principle would not do nothing about it. The student had to get a private tutor because they were bulling him inside and outside of class and school. I really don't have any qustions about adding navigtion. My self i do need just a little but more time to finsh.

I have been working in flash for a while and to me it is a fun. I like flash because you can almost do anything on it. The tools I have used so far are to texture box, font colors , background colors, and traceing pictures. There is a lot more I still have to learn about, but so far it has been fun. My game is going great me and my partner is makeing a game about rights and responitisibles. Our game is called "Court Rights." We have reacherd three cases and the one that is most popular is the Tinker cases. The tinker case is where a brother and sister wore peace sigh arm bands and they told them that is they did not remover them emedatly they would be suppend until they agreed to not wear them back to school. We have two more cases the other one i also reachers it on the internet but this one is about where a high school girl had to completely strip in front of her princibile and her teachers because they thought she had drugs, myself i do not think that was approite for them to make her do that. Our final case is about this boy that had to get help from a privet totur because bullies would not leave him alone inside and outside of class and he ketp on telling teahcers and his princibile but they would not do nothin about it. On our game we have an opions page and there you get to pick your charcter, clothing , hairstyle, name you judge, and your shoes,then if you click next you will go to another opions page and there you get to chose your podem and what color it is. In our game the player is the judge. You will hear the justices agreument and then there will be a message box pop up and it will ask you who you think is right and if you dont pick the right one then you will get points taken away. You will start out with 50 points and if you get the qustion wrong you will get 20 of you points taken away, but if you get the qustion right then you will recive 30 points. That is what is happing in my game cant wait to get finshed.

My game topic is about rights and resonisitibles of citizen and students. When people play my game I think that they will learn more because I am talking about 4 different cases on right and responisitibles. There is one case where at this hight school they had a locker check because the princbal was smelling stuff in the halls and there was just one boy that refused not have his locker checked and I have qustions asking the people who are playing who do they agree with , why does the student have a right to say no or does he not have a right and does the princbal have a right to make him let them check his locker. There is a lot of stuff in my game that is good for students to be playing because it's not only learning it's fun to. Me and my partner tried to make it fun but also you will be learning something. My game fits in at rights and responsiitibles of citizens and students. I have cases in my game that is about some one that is wearing chains and come in a store and the owner said sir will you please take you chain off there are kid in my store and he said "no I dont have to and i wont" the owner said then you need to get out of my store and if you dont i will call the cops. There are qustions that ask the players what would they do if they were in the owner shoes and if they were in the guys shoes and his and her right and reponsibilities they have. So my game does fit in with the rights and reponsibilities part of the civics. My game is more about individual rights and freedoms. With the functions my game fits in with the local state and national federal court systems.

Today we are talking about students rights and responsibitiles. Do we have a right to stand up and say we dont want them to search our lockers or that we refuse to turn our favorite band shirt in side out, but our princabl has a right to because what if some one at your school has drugs in his or her locker and some one went and told a teacher and of corse they are going to go and tell the princabl. Students do have a right about a locker search like if you have some personal stuff in your locker and you tell them that you do not want them to search your locker then thats fin but you have to be honest because if they find out that that you were lieing just to get out of trouble you will get in even more trouble. Now about you not beging able to wear your favorit t-shirt to school myself i dont see a problem with it has long as it is school approite it shouldnt be a problem just as long it has the title of the band and maybe a picture of the band. I have never got in trouble for wearing my favorite band shirt to school but they do have a point by not letting you wear your shirt as long as it is school approite. So students do have a right to say no.

Game idea

My game idea is about a judge and you get to pick you character,the gender, hair style and color of hair, and clothing. There are 3 leavels on my game, there are 5 qustions on the first leavel and you automakly get 50 dallars when you start the game and if you get the qustion right it will add 10 dallars so you will get 60 dallars, but if you get the qustion wrong it will subtrack 30 dallars from 50 dallars so you will end up with 20 dallars if you get the qustion wrong. As i said befor there are 3 leavels and each leavel it adds 5 qustions and the qustions get harder. I hope that my game is a seccuse.

For some people sports are all they care about and they dont take time to study for test so that they get good grades but that is going to chang becuase there is lots of ways to make learning fun like creating games that are fun but you would also be learning something. When i make my game i want to make my game about cheerleading it will be fun but also you will also be learning stuff, so learning is fun sometimes but not all the time. The government is part of what lets us have sports but school can be fun.....:)

What I have learnt so far in Globaloria is that it takes a lot of work and effort to be in this class, but I have also learnt how to make games using flash and for me that was kinda hard but in a way it was kinda not. Flash is a cool program to work with now that I know how to use flash I like to work with it. The easiest thing for me is probably the editing because I like using the codes on stuff like that and I had no problem what so ever when we was creating our profiles.Sometimes blogging is kinda difficult because I don't really blog that much but after a while i will get use to it and it will be no problem.On the playing to learn unit I played a lot of games but my favorite game was Darfur is Dying that was my favorite game but i played more like What would you do,stop disasters, and more. Over all i hope to do better and learn more.

The internet is a safe or dangerous place. The internet is what you make it, you can make it safe by not putting your personal information on your profiles, but you can also make it dangerous by just beging open to everybody. If you have a myspace or facebook or anything like that if you know how make it privit and dont add anyone you dont know that will keep you keep you safe. Our responibilities when we are on the internet is to make sure that all of our personal information it privit and that you are not posting anything that will get you in trouble.

As studets at S.R.M.S I think that we should be able to express our oppion about the dress code to our princibale with out getting in trould. If our princable would let us creat our own dress cosde my rights would be to make sure it's approite and not to short or to low cut. There would be some changes but not a lot because there are reasons that we have a dress code. Our dress code now is that our shorts have to be finger lenth, we can not wear a tank top and our t-shirts have to have sleves and I think that is good because it is all apporite for girls and for boys but we are not allowed to wear flipflops and I think we should be able to so that is one thing that i would change about our dress code. When it comes to stuff like this you do or will have rights and responibiltys because that is just what you have to do and you have to live with it but our dress code is apporite at my school.
