I have reched two cases for my game and one of them is where this 16 year old girl had to stirp in front of her princible and teachers becuase they thought she had drugs on her and she didnt. Her mom got so mad and took the school to court. The princible got fried from his job and the teachers got in trouble. The other one was about when this boy got picked on and bullied in and outside of school. He told the princible and teachers but they would not do nothing and he had to get home schooled and even when he was home schooled they still picked on him. We have two other cases but my partner done them and i really dont know how to explain them. The reach i have told above will help me in my game because i will be using the cases in my game so thats why i done these cases.

Flash :]

So far i have had fun doing the units adding navigation, adding animation, and adding sound.In my game i have added a next, back, and play, button. I have not added sound yet but im working on it , In my game i am going to put sound on each scene and have sound going to each leavel and stuff like that. These 3 units have been some what diffcult but i think that it is fun to we are creating game to help kids to learn and it is a fun way to learn. At the end of the year i hope to have a great game for kids to play.

My law

I that students should be able to wear flipflops to school. Myself i dont see no problem why we cant, and i just dont under stand why. They dont hurt no one it is just another foot wear and some people wear them to express their self and we are not allowed to wear them to school. If i was the princible i would let my student wear flipflops because i really dont see nothing wrong with it.

Adding Navigation :]

In flash i have learned that it is not always easy and it can be very hard, but i have also learned that it is a cool program to do. In flash i have not used all the tools but the ones i have used has helped me a lot with my game. The texture box helped me because i can put my game title and my buttons, I have also used font colors, background colors, and lines. This week we have been working in adding navigation unit and it has been hard for me but i have me manged to get through it. The hardest part was trying to get the play button to work, but the easiest part was making the button. I have learned that even students have a right about somethings and they just don't have to sit back and listen to them get in trouble if they really didn't do nothing. I have research cases on students taking their school to court because have not done something about about the students problems. One of the cases i have looked up i where they did not do anything about some students that were bulling another student and the teachers or the principle would not do nothing about it. The student had to get a private tutor because they were bulling him inside and outside of class and school. I really don't have any qustions about adding navigtion. My self i do need just a little but more time to finsh.

Things I like about flash

I have been working in flash for a while and to me it is a fun. I like flash because you can almost do anything on it. The tools I have used so far are to texture box, font colors , background colors, and traceing pictures. There is a lot more I still have to learn about, but so far it has been fun. In flash i have used not all the tools but some of them. I have used the texture box, colors, font, background colors, and lines. Thats all i have used so far i am still learning about flash but in the end i hopefully i will know how to use everything.

If someone has an idea on how to make the United States better then i think you should try to do something about it, send a letter to the president and see what he thinks. If you really don't have a good idea and your just wanting to be funny don't send it in to someone important because you are just wasting you time and theirs. My ideas for making the United states better is to keep the childern safe and to make sure the do not get hurt.

How my game is going

My game is going great me and my partner is makeing a game about rights and responitisibles. Our game is called "Court Rights." We have reacherd three cases and the one that is most popular is the Tinker cases. The tinker case is where a brother and sister wore peace sigh arm bands and they told them that is they did not remover them emedatly they would be suppend until they agreed to not wear them back to school. We have two more cases the other one i also reachers it on the internet but this one is about where a high school girl had to completely strip in front of her princibile and her teachers because they thought she had drugs, myself i do not think that was approite for them to make her do that. Our final case is about this boy that had to get help from a privet totur because bullies would not leave him alone inside and outside of class and he ketp on telling teahcers and his princibile but they would not do nothin about it. On our game we have an opions page and there you get to pick your charcter, clothing , hairstyle, name you judge, and your shoes,then if you click next you will go to another opions page and there you get to chose your podem and what color it is. In our game the player is the judge. You will hear the justices agreument and then there will be a message box pop up and it will ask you who you think is right and if you dont pick the right one then you will get points taken away. You will start out with 50 points and if you get the qustion wrong you will get 20 of you points taken away, but if you get the qustion right then you will recive 30 points. That is what is happing in my game cant wait to get finshed.

About my game

My game topic is about rights and resonisitibles of citizen and students. When people play my game I think that they will learn more because I am talking about 4 different cases on right and responisitibles. There is one case where at this hight school they had a locker check because the princbal was smelling stuff in the halls and there was just one boy that refused not have his locker checked and I have qustions asking the people who are playing who do they agree with , why does the student have a right to say no or does he not have a right and does the princbal have a right to make him let them check his locker. There is a lot of stuff in my game that is good for students to be playing because it's not only learning it's fun to. Me and my partner tried to make it fun but also you will be learning something. My game fits in at rights and responsiitibles of citizens and students. I have cases in my game that is about some one that is wearing chains and come in a store and the owner said sir will you please take you chain off there are kid in my store and he said "no I dont have to and i wont" the owner said then you need to get out of my store and if you dont i will call the cops. There are qustions that ask the players what would they do if they were in the owner shoes and if they were in the guys shoes and his and her right and reponsibilities they have. So my game does fit in with the rights and reponsibilities part of the civics. My game is more about individual rights and freedoms. With the functions my game fits in with the local state and national federal court systems.

Today we are talking about students rights and responsibitiles. Do we have a right to stand up and say we dont want them to search our lockers or that we refuse to turn our favorite band shirt in side out, but our princabl has a right to because what if some one at your school has drugs in his or her locker and some one went and told a teacher and of corse they are going to go and tell the princabl. Students do have a right about a locker search like if you have some personal stuff in your locker and you tell them that you do not want them to search your locker then thats fin but you have to be honest because if they find out that that you were lieing just to get out of trouble you will get in even more trouble. Now about you not beging able to wear your favorit t-shirt to school myself i dont see a problem with it has long as it is school approite it shouldnt be a problem just as long it has the title of the band and maybe a picture of the band. I have never got in trouble for wearing my favorite band shirt to school but they do have a point by not letting you wear your shirt as long as it is school approite. So students do have a right to say no.

Game idea

My game idea is about a judge and you get to pick you character,the gender, hair style and color of hair, and clothing. There are 3 leavels on my game, there are 5 qustions on the first leavel and you automakly get 50 dallars when you start the game and if you get the qustion right it will add 10 dallars so you will get 60 dallars, but if you get the qustion wrong it will subtrack 30 dallars from 50 dallars so you will end up with 20 dallars if you get the qustion wrong. As i said befor there are 3 leavels and each leavel it adds 5 qustions and the qustions get harder. I hope that my game is a seccuse.

School effert

For some people sports are all they care about and they dont take time to study for test so that they get good grades but that is going to chang becuase there is lots of ways to make learning fun like creating games that are fun but you would also be learning something. When i make my game i want to make my game about cheerleading it will be fun but also you will also be learning stuff, so learning is fun sometimes but not all the time. The government is part of what lets us have sports but school can be fun.....:)

What I learnt so far.

What I have learnt so far in Globaloria is that it takes a lot of work and effort to be in this class, but I have also learnt how to make games using flash and for me that was kinda hard but in a way it was kinda not. Flash is a cool program to work with now that I know how to use flash I like to work with it. The easiest thing for me is probably the editing because I like using the codes on stuff like that and I had no problem what so ever when we was creating our profiles.Sometimes blogging is kinda difficult because I don't really blog that much but after a while i will get use to it and it will be no problem.On the playing to learn unit I played a lot of games but my favorite game was Darfur is Dying that was my favorite game but i played more like What would you do,stop disasters, and more. Over all i hope to do better and learn more.

Internet safety

The internet is a safe or dangerous place. The internet is what you make it, you can make it safe by not putting your personal information on your profiles, but you can also make it dangerous by just beging open to everybody. If you have a myspace or facebook or anything like that if you know how make it privit and dont add anyone you dont know that will keep you keep you safe. Our responibilities when we are on the internet is to make sure that all of our personal information it privit and that you are not posting anything that will get you in trouble.

My Rights

As studets at S.R.M.S I think that we should be able to express our oppion about the dress code to our princibale with out getting in trould. If our princable would let us creat our own dress cosde my rights would be to make sure it's approite and not to short or to low cut. There would be some changes but not a lot because there are reasons that we have a dress code. Our dress code now is that our shorts have to be finger lenth, we can not wear a tank top and our t-shirts have to have sleves and I think that is good because it is all apporite for girls and for boys but we are not allowed to wear flipflops and I think we should be able to so that is one thing that i would change about our dress code. When it comes to stuff like this you do or will have rights and responibiltys because that is just what you have to do and you have to live with it but our dress code is apporite at my school.

This year in Globaloria class I hope I have a lot of fun and creat some fun games. The games me and my group makes i hope they it will help others to understand the government.
